Almond Butter + Banana Smoothie

  • 1 banana, frozen + cut into chunks

  • 3 tbsp. almond butter

  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • Pinch nutmeg

  • 1.5 cup almond milk


Green Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup greens - kale/spinach

  • 1/2 cup berries, frozen

  • 1 tsp. flax seeds

  • 1/2 banana, frozen

  • 1 tbsp. almond butter

  • 1 cup almond milk

Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

  • 1/2 banana, frozen

  • 1 handful walnuts

  • 1/4 inch ginger root, peeled

  • 1/4 inch turmeric root, peeled

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp. maca powder

  • 1 tbsp. chia or flax seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk

Celery Smoothie

  • 1 apple, cored + sliced

  • 1-2 stalks celery

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Stevias to taste

  • 1 cup water/ice mix

Apple Smoothie

  • 2 small apples, cored + sliced

  • 1/2 cucumber, quartered

  • 1 tbsp. plant powdered protein

  • 1 cup coconut milk

Chocolate Coconut Protein Smoothie

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp. chia or flax seeds

  • 1.5 scoop chocolate protein powder or plain powder

  • 1 tbsp. cocoa

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 cup water/ice mix

Strawberry Beet Smoothie

  • 2 small beets, cooked + peeled (roughly 4 oz)

  • 1.5 cup strawberries

  • 2 mejooled dates, pitted

  • 1 cup almond millk

  • 1 cup water/ice mix

Cherry Almond Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup alomnds

  • 2 cups cherries, frozen + pitted

  • 1/2 banana, frozen

  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)

  • 2 cups water/ice mix
